B- I know what you mean about missing the paper and pen journal when blogging. But I look at the two formats very differently. As you said, a blog is not a place for deeply personal thoughts in my mind. I’ve seen some pretty personal blogs in my time and I think that it’s a bit much to put so much of oneself out there.

On the other hand, I have seen some crazy creative blogs on which people basically do what you used to do with your journals. They’re amazing. Full of information and, yes, texture. So all things are possible, you just have to take the time and devote the energy.

That said, if you do go back to your notebooks, I hope you won’t abandon this blog. There’s so much cool that we each see online each day and blogs give us a visual record of it all. And it’s searchable. And it’s always there. You’ll go back from time to time to look at old entries and be amazed. It’s as fun as what you find in your journals, and less embarassing!
